last weekend me, my siblings & their families went to splash island..i haven’t been there for a long time..i got excited coz i really want to soak up the sun & swim around..syemps may kasamang sliding around kasi puro slides naman dun..hehe their rates are now higher..P400 for adults & P350 for kids/senior citizens..natuwa naman kami kasi ang dami na food kiosk..not unlike the last time we were there Jollibee & Greenwich lang..Kenny Rogers na ang andun as well as Tapa King, meron pang jap food kiosk, Shakey’s, and ung mga lutong bahay..so feeling ko nasa Galera ako..hahaha kaaliw ung isang niece ko..we call her thumbelina kasi she’s so teeny tiny small..hehe as expected..free pa cya kasi under 3ft pa cya..partida pa nakaheels pa na sandals ang bruha..hahahaha natawa talaga kaming magkakapatid dun..haha bata bata pa laging nakaheels..haha mapang asar pa naman kuya ko..hahaha when we got in ayun mga atat kong pamangkin nde na mapakali..gusto agad lumusong sa tubig..so pinayagan na namin..we’ll buy lunch pa naman eh..sinagot ko na ung lunch namin..eh may lockers dun for your personal belongings tinago muna namin ni ate dun mga fone & wallets namin..then i took another 500 from my wallet para sa merienda..or maisipan ko magpahenna tats..meron na din sa loob eh..haha we enjoyed all the slides though nakakapagod umakyat ng ilang floors lalo na kung may dala kang salbabida (or floating tires or life saver hehe)..kinda heavy cya ha as in..lalo na the salbabida for 2..gosh so tiring to carry the tires..hahaha pinakafavorite ko na slide is the Magellan’s Drop..cya ung slide na kitang kita ka sa SLEX pag nagslide ka..nakadapa ka on a foam then saka ka magslide..weeeee saya saya..haha naka 3 or 4 yata kami ng mga kuya ko dun..haha sarap..ung wave enjoy din..nakakapagod lang to jump every time there’s a wave coming..kasi if you don’t jump madadala ka eh..as in..ang lakas eh..hehe ung 2 pamangkin ko na maliit pa andun lang sa shore..aliw c thumbelina eh..she’s just sitting down sa shore nababasa cya ng wave napapasigaw na cya eh..haha for her malakas na ung lagay na un..hehehe after the slides & swimming napagod kami..we stopped to eat merienda..ang mga kids nakailang hotdog..haha naubos pera ko dun ah..as in..then i bought palabok & mais con hielo sa tapa king..excited ako when the mais con hielo arrived..pagtikim ko..oh my…ang alat! as in..para akong uminom ng saltwater..gosh..haha pinapaltan ng kuya ko..naman haller..kala nya siguro sugar ung nakuha nya..salt pala..tsk tsk..after eating..pahinga awhile then we go at it again kasi til 5pm lang ang splash..i got tired na i just sat sa shore nung wave..then my sis in law came to us..til 7pm daw ang splash..good..maganda kasi late na magshower para nde na crowded sa shower room..hehe after going in splash we went straight to Paseo de Sta Rosa(that used to be my playground) to eat at Kanin Club..my bro & his wife are craving for it eversince..so syemps..it’s like our despedida to them..it’s my first time to eat there..they kept telling us how good the food were..i was the one who ordered the food..bagoong rice, aligue rice, crispy dinuguan (oh yeah crispy! as in! yum yumm), crispy tenga(ng pig..hihi), sinigang ng liempo (for the kids), lemon chicken (which didn’t arrive) & turon kc ala mode for dessert(which is wow…sarap!)..we didn’t get to take a picture of the food kasi when the food arrived we all chowed down..hahaha mga gutom na gutom na..lolz infairness ang sarap..as in..parang gusto nga namin magfranchise nito..kasi it only has branches in Paseo de Sta Rosa & Westgate Alabang..patok to for sure kasi kakaiba ung mga food..at ang daming nakain dito..it took us a while bago makakuha ng table (kasi naman we’re 15..pretty big family huh..kulang pa un..haha)..i enjoyed this day..spending the whole day with my family..so tiring pero all worth it..whew..
